Comprehensive data protection policy complying with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/DSG), EU GDPR, and international standards.
Effective Date: 1 January 2024 · Last Updated: 03 October 2026
1. Data Controller & Sovereign Privacy Standards
The Data Controller responsible for personal data processing across Swiss Date is:
Swiss Date
Official Privacy Email: binego.com@gmail.com
Jurisdiction: Switzerland
Swiss Date is designed in adherence to the highest international privacy benchmarks, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP 2023) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Information we process & Technical Categories
To deliver verified dating matches and secure platform operations, we process the following categories of data:
- Account & Verification Credentials: Email address, hashed password, cryptographic authentication tokens, date of birth (strict 18+ enforcement), gender, and preferences;
- Profile & Media Data: First name, profile photos (up to 6), biographical descriptions, lifestyle passions, and canton of residence;
- Biometric Facial Geometry (Verification Only): When verifying your profile, mathematical landmark vectors assess liveness and profile picture similarity. Biometric templates are never sold or shared, and raw selfie images are promptly purged upon verification.
- Coarse Geolocation & Passport Mode: Approximate distance increments are calculated. Precise raw GPS coordinates are never made visible to other users.
- Messages & Technical Security: Encrypted communication infrastructure monitored solely for safety enforcement, anti-spam, and child protection.
3. Legal Retention & Anti-Recidivism Shield
If an account is suspended or banned for fraud, harassment, or misconduct, we retain irreversible cryptographic hashes (SHA-256) of device and email identifiers indefinitely to prevent recidivism.
4. Mobile Advertising & Google Mobile Ads
Users without an active paid subscription may see advertising in the mobile app through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Active Plus, Gold, and Platinum subscribers are ad-free.
Depending on your consent choices, Google may process device/app identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred for ad delivery, ad interactions, and technical diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement. Swiss Date uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where consent is required. Personalized advertising and iOS tracking are used only when the required consent and platform authorization are available.
Swiss Date does not provide the advertising network with your private messages, biometric verification data, or precise GPS coordinates. Advertising privacy choices can be revisited from the in-app Privacy Settings.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data at any time via in-app controls or by emailing binego.com@gmail.com.
