Mandatory rules, safety standards, zero-tolerance policies, and safe harbor declarations for Swiss Date.

1. Zero-Tolerance Violations (Immediate Permanent Ban)

SWISS DATE WAS CREATED BY Swiss Date TO PROVIDE A DIGNIFIED, VERIFIED, AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT. VIOLATION RESULTS IN IMMEDIATE PERMANENT EXPULSION.

Minors & Child Exploitation: Strict adults-only rule (18+). All suspected exploitation is reported directly to NCMEC and Swiss Fedpol.
Harassment, Violence & Threats: Zero tolerance for hate speech, stalking, sextortion, or abusive behavior.
Financial Scams & Romance Fraud: Requesting money, cryptocurrency, or gift cards is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Solicitation, Escorting & Prostitution: Swiss Date is exclusively for personal connections. Promoting commercial sex work or third-party subscription platforms results in an immediate ban.

2. Be authentic and respectful: Interaction Standards

Respect Consent & Boundaries: If someone unmatches or declines contact, respect their decision immediately.
Accurate Imagery: Use only real, recent photos of yourself.

3. Intermediary Safe Harbor & Publisher Immunity

Pursuant to intermediary liability regulations, Swiss Date do not pre-screen all third-party user communications. In-app blocking and reporting features are provided to ensure rapid enforcement.
