1. Adults only (Strict 18+) & Verification Architecture

SWISS DATE IS STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY AN ADULTS-ONLY APPLICATION (18+). Swiss Date MAINTAIN AN UNCONDITIONAL ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY AGAINST CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM).

No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, browse, or maintain a profile on Swiss Date.

Mandatory Date of Birth Validation: Underage birth dates are immediately blocked;
Biometric Liveness & Age Screening: Automated selfie verification aids in detecting suspected minor accounts;
No Minor Depictions: Photos of minors, even accompanied by adults, are strictly prohibited.

2. Law Enforcement Cooperation & Mandatory Reporting

All suspected child sexual exploitation or CSAM is preserved and forwarded directly to Swiss federal police (Fedpol) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
