Billing Transparency & Store Exclusivity

ALL MOBILE TRANSACTIONS ARE PROCESSED AND BILLED EXCLUSIVELY BY APPLE INC. (APP STORE) OR GOOGLE LLC (GOOGLE PLAY STORE). Swiss Date DO NOT STORE OR PROCESS CREDIT CARD NUMBERS.

1. In-app purchases, Subscriptions & Virtual Consumables

Swiss Date offers optional premium subscriptions (Plus, Gold, Platinum) and virtual consumables (boosts, coins). These represent solely a revocable, personal license to access digital enhancements.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy & Statutory Waiver

ALL PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE FINAL AND 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and Swiss consumer law, consumable digital goods are fulfilled immediately upon purchase, and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal upon delivery.

You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
