Permanent Account Deletion Notice

Upon deletion, active session tokens are revoked and your profile disappears from all discovery feeds immediately.

1. Method 1: Delete Directly Inside the Mobile App (Instant)

1. Open the Swiss Date app on your smartphone;
2. Tap your Profile tab in the bottom navigation;
3. Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the upper corner;
4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account;
5. Review the warning and tap Confirm Delete.

2. Method 2: Request Deletion via Email (Without App)

If you have uninstalled the app, send an email request from your registered address to: binego.com@gmail.com.

3. Data deletion, Purging & The Legal Retention Shield

Media and chat streams are deleted immediately. In accordance with GDPR Art. 17(3) and Swiss law, banned bad actors have irreversible SHA-256 hashes retained indefinitely to prevent recidivism. Statutory fiscal records are preserved for up to 10 years.
